At Flora 305, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, premium blooms and designed to order. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Freshness Guarantee

If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request review:

• Include your order number
• Include clear photos of the arrangement

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement arrangement
• Partial refund
• Store credit

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be honored due to the natural lifespan of fresh flowers.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Same-day orders cannot be canceled once design preparation has begun.

Custom & Event Orders

All custom, event, and bulk floral orders require a non-refundable deposit.

Final balances are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date.

Delivery Issues

Flora 305 is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence
• Damage occurring after confirmed delivery

Re-delivery fees may apply.

Substitution Policy

Seasonal availability may require flower substitutions.
Any substitutions will be made with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic.
