Requests made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be honored due to the natural lifespan of fresh flowers.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Same-day orders cannot be canceled once design preparation has begun.

Custom & Event Orders

All custom, event, and bulk floral orders require a non-refundable deposit.

Final balances are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date.

Delivery Issues

Flora 305 is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence • Damage occurring after confirmed delivery

Re-delivery fees may apply.
